Lift Sale marks its first year in the town centre
Today (08 January) marks the first anniversary of Lift Sale opening its doors on Hereford Street in Sale town centre.
Over the past year, the small-group personal training gym has become a trusted space for locals seeking a more community-driven approach to fitness. It has built on its unique blend of small group sessions and personalised support, catering to beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. With its ethos of accessibility, inclusivity and accountability, the gym has carved out its place in Sale’s fitness community.
The concept behind Lift Sale bridges the gap between one-on-one personal training and larger group fitness classes. Sessions are intentionally kept small – typically accommodating up to eight participants – to build a friendly, supportive environment while still delivering the flexibility and focus members need.
Lift Sale co-founder Josh Aghdam told Life in Sale: "It’s been an amazing first year in Sale, we’re delighted to have built the number one fitness community in Sale centre.
"We can’t wait for many more years ahead helping many more people change their lives through strength and fitness training."
Over the past year, Lift Sale has stayed true to its mission of making weight training accessible to all. Beyond physical fitness, members have praised the gym for its emphasis on general wellbeing and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their fitness level or background.
As Lift Sale celebrates its first year, it remains committed to its founding principles of quality coaching, personalised support and nurturing a close-knit community.
If you’ve decided that 2025 is the year that you are going to take control of your physical health, Lift Sale is ready to welcome you into its fold.
