Gift shop Shine brings a burst of sunshine to Sale high street with opening date announcement
Sale town centre is about to get a little brighter! Shine, an independent gift and eco shop, has announced its official opening date for its brand-new location on School Road.
The shop will open from 10am on Wednesday 26th March.
For weeks, passersby have been intrigued and excited by the shop’s eye-catching yellow frontage, a cheerful beacon on the high street. Now, the wait is finally over as owner Claire Hines revealed the opening date news on social media today (11 March).
Shine is no stranger to Sale locals, having been a beloved part of Emporium M33 on Tatton Road for over six years. But this new chapter promises even more, as Claire expands her offering to include a wider selection of gifts and eco-friendly products. From stylish accessories and unique homeware to beautiful jewellery and cheery greeting cards, Shine is set to be a one-stop shop for thoughtful, fun and sustainable shopping.
The new location, between PizzAmmore and Gail’s, is a perfect spot for the vibrant shop. The space, previously occupied by Slater Heelis, is in the process of being transformed into a must-visit for gift lovers and eco-conscious shoppers alike.
Claire shared her excitement about the move back in September 2024, saying, “I am nervous but also very, very excited. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time, and now feels like the time is right.” Her passion for creating a joyful shopping experience shines (no pun intended) through in every detail of the new store.
