The rapidly expanding company submitted plans to arrive in M33 town back in July, taking over the unit at 16 School Road, previously held by solicitors Slater Heelis.
Open from this morning (28 November), Gail's will now bring its artisan sourdough breads, pastries, sandwiches and cakes – plus its specialty House Blend coffee – to Sale's residents and visitors. The bakery has created 15 new jobs in Sale.
Locals have been eagerly awaiting the opening, with the new arrival being the chain’s sixth opening in the North, with other outlets in Altrincham, Didsbury, King Street (Manchester city centre), Wilmslow and Knutsford.
