Award-winning craft bakery GAIL's to open in Sale

Award-winning craft bakery GAIL's is to open a new outlet in Sale town centre.

GAIL's is to open on School Road; while best-known in London, the new unit will be the bakery chain’s sixth opening in the North, with other outlets in Altrincham, Didsbury, King Street (Manchester City centre), Wilmslow and Knutsford. 

The new opening will serve GAIL's popular artisan sourdough breads, pastries, sandwiches and cakes alongside its specialty House Blend coffee.

Yael (Gail) Mejia originally founded GAIL's in the early 1990s and has expanded rapidly in recent years. GAIL’s turned over £181m last year and now has more than 100 bakeries across the UK.

Gail’s will open at 16 School Road, Sale, M33 7XP, a unit previously held by Slater Heelis.
