KFC to open new branch in Sale

KFC is set to open a new branch in Sale town centre “soon”.

Sale was one of KFC’s target locations for 2024 and although their preferred asset was a drive-thru, a restaurant is expected to open on School Road instead. The fried chicken fast food chain is expected to take over the unit previously held by NaNa'S Cafe' & Grill, which opened in 2021 but sadly closed just two months later following a fire.

When we reached out to KFC for comment on their Sale opening, they were keeping details to a minimum, with a KFC spokesperson saying, “The Colonel is always on the lookout for new sites, and we’re keen to bring our famously delicious fried chicken to all our fans in Sale! 

“We’re busy getting our chicks in a row, but are hoping to come to town soon, so watch this space!"

KFC Sale is currently advertising for a general manager for the new store.
