Work to start on scheme to improve Sale tennis court

Work is due to start on a scheme to update and improve Sale’s Ashton Park tennis courts.

The refurbishment is part of Trafford Council’s Pilot Park Tennis Investment and Sustainability programme. Work is due to start at Ashton Park on 07 May 2024.

As part of the programme, the council teamed up with the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) to improve and resurface the courts. 

All courts and sessions at all sites across Trafford will be available to book online via lta.org.uk/play, including Ashton Park and Walton Park in Sale.
