The Bubble Room announces Stanley Square opening
Exciting news for Sale’s food and drink scene as The Bubble Room is set to open a new Champagne bar and restaurant in Stanley Square.

Announced via social media yesterday (27 October), the neighbourhood spot shared its excitement:
"Well it’s official! The Bubble Room Sale is coming soon! Huge thank you to everyone who’s messaged and wished us good luck on our new Bubble!”
With current locations in Alderley Edge and Bramhall, this new opening will be The Bubble Room’s third venue since first opening in 2005. Known for its lively atmosphere, The Bubble Room offers a full menu of breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, with everything from hearty Sunday roasts to small plates and grill dishes. They also bring a robust drinks menu with Champagne, wine and cocktails, making it the perfect spot for date and mates night.
The new addition will take over the unit formerly occupied by Greens, which closed in September and aims to open by the end of November.
Michael Brown, director of Altered Space, the organisation behind the regenerated development of Stanley Square, told Life in Sale: "We are delighted to welcome The Bubble Room into the Stanley Square community.
"Having been one of a number of interested parties in the Greens unit, the Bubble Room and the Mason family stood out due to their long and successful track record in the food and beverage sector as well as their undoubted passion for opening their third business in Stanley Square - adding to the already stellar list of evening economy offerings.
"We wish them every success in the future and in conjunction with the recent opening of Wood Fire Smoke as well as the soon to be open Northern Light Cinema (scheduled for February 2025), we are excited about the future of the scheme and Sale town centre as a whole."
