Sale Water Park Dragon Boat Festival prepares for return in 2024

Don’t miss your chance to be crowned Dragon Boat Champions of Manchester.

Dragon boat racing is suitable for almost all ages and abilities, no experience needed.

Manchester Dragon Boat Festival is returning to Sale Water Park this summer in support of a number of charities. 

Racing will take place at Trafford Watersports Centre at Sale Water Park on Saturday 22 June. 

Organisers are looking for local businesses to enter teams of up to 17 paddlers. Dragon Boating is fun and ideal for complete novices as no previous experience is necessary. It’s quick to pick up and suitable for almost all ages and abilities, with all instructions given on the day.
