The concept store shop will open this Thursday, 08 February and is located in the unit that was previously home to Fleur De Vie, which announced its closure in October 2023.

According to its website, Sale Moon Coffee, co-founded by self-confessed “coffee nerds” Alina Bolat and Gage Quinn, is “committed to delivering exceptional specialty coffee, teas, and wine.”

Its menu will feature a variety of espresso-based drinks, seasonal filter coffees and tea brewing ceremonies. Plus, the team are set to serve natural wines later in the year.

Announcing the opening date on social media, the team said:

We are ready to open!

Please mark your calendars - Thursday 8th of February 2024 at 8 am

Sale Moon Coffee will open its doors to the public.

We will start with small steps, offering the highest quality coffee and tea, with the addition of wine later this year as the evenings become lighter and the weather warmer.

Here is to hours and hours of planning, hours of cuppings, late overcaffeinated nights with a laptop, golden words of wisdom from Manchester coffee scene's brightest minds, and the incredible craftsmanship of the builders' team.

Thank you all for your support so far!

We can't wait to welcome you all to Sale Moon.

Alina and Gage

Good luck to the Sale Moon team!
