All-day café-bar group confirms opening date for new Caldo Lounge in Sale
All-day café bar group Loungers has confirmed the opening date for its new Sale outlet in the unit formerly occupied by Mano a Bocca.

The new Waterside Plaza venue, to be called Caldo Lounge, will open on Wednesday 12 March with the creation of 30 jobs.
Caldo Lounge will occupy the unit formerly home to Italian restaurant Mano a Bocca, which closed last year after nearly five years in Sale. This new addition to the town centre will bring Loungers’ signature casual, welcoming atmosphere to Sale.
Open from 9am seven days a week, Caldo Lounge promises an all-day menu featuring a variety of options, from tapas and salads to burgers and buttermilk fried chicken. There will also be dedicated vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menus.
The family-friendly, dog-friendly venue aims to be a "home-from-home," offering a relaxed space for locals to gather. Their website describes the Lounge as a place to "bring people together," featuring board games for all ages, toys for children and refreshments for canine companions.

Caldo Lounge will join two other Trafford Lounges – Bevano Lounge in Urmston and Oppio Lounge in Altrincham – as part of the rapidly expanding Loungers group, which now boasts over 200 venues nationwide.
It’ll be open from 9am seven days a week, offering everything from breakfast and coffee to late-night drinks.
