New beginner Italian and Spanish classes to launch in Sale
Learning a new language is always popular and we know many Sale locals are looking for beginner language classes. Well, we have good news for you: two brand new courses are set to launch next month in Sale, focusing on Italian and Spanish.
Course leader Rosie D’Urso is launching new beginner language classes in Sale
These face-to-face classes are run by Rosie D’Urso, who runs Language for Fun in Chorlton, Sale and Stretford, and will take place at the Brooklands Tap on Hope Road in Sale.
If you’ve always wanted to learn a new language, but are intimidated by a new environment, these new courses are a great option for you. The Language for Fun network does what it says – it makes learning a language fun! It focuses on conversational language that you can use in real-life, everyday situations. Strictly no formal tests!
You will be in good hands with course leader Rosie, who has an Honours Degree in Italian and Spanish, and an MA in Translation Studies. Having learnt languages herself, she knows first-hand what it is like to start from the very beginning and so will offer a supportive learning environment.
Ahead of the course starting, Rosie said, “I am fascinated by the Italian and Spanish cultures, and I love sharing my passion for these beautiful languages and cultures with others, through teaching.
“I also understand what it's like to be on the other side and learn a completely new language from scratch. In school I only learnt German, so I studied French and Spanish from scratch in sixth form college and Italian from scratch at university.
“I know what it's like to feel like a fish out of water and not understand a single word. I also know the buzz that it gives you when you start to understand and be understood in a foreign language. It's a feeling like no other. I can't wait to help my learners experience that too!”
