Ashworth Holme, an independent estate agent founded by James Ashworth and Andrew Holme, is celebrating 15 years of business this month with big news.

After expanding several times throughout the years, the agency is set to move into one of Sale’s most iconic buildings on Washway Road, further solidifying its position as a market leader in the local property scene.

The duo took a chance in 2009 when they opened a small office on Dane Road, with a vision to provide a personal, community-focused service. Fast-forward to today and Ashworth Holme has grown into a thriving business with a full sales and lettings team of eight and a reputation for delivering exceptional results.

“We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come,” said co-founder Andrew Holme. “What started as a two-man team has grown into something much bigger and our recent success reflects that. We sold seven houses last week alone!”

Ashworth Holme has built its name on local expertise and high-quality marketing, combining professional photography, video tours and targeted social media promotion to showcase properties.
