5 must-visit pumpkin patches within 30-minute drive of Sale

Hello, pumpkin season! Sale isn’t home to a pumpkin patch, but thankfully neighbouring towns are happy to oblige.

Here are five pumpkin patches to check out around the Sale area.

Pro tip: Hours may vary due to weather, so be sure to check the farms' website before you go.

Dunham Massey Farm Ice Cream, Altrincham

Unfortunately, the extremely popular Dunham Pumpkins at Dunham Massey in Altrincham will not be going ahead this year due to a poor crop, but thankfully neighbouring Dunham Massey Farm Ice Cream is good to go! The pumpkin patch is open from 28 September.

📍 Dunham Massey Ice Cream Farm, 34 Station Rd, Dunham Massey, Altrincham WA14 5SG

Kenyon Hall Farm, Warrington

🎃 The Pumpkin Festival 2024 will be open every day from Saturday 28 September to Thursday 31 October 2024.

Reddish Vale Farm, Stockport

Head down to Reddish Vale Farm for a spooktacular time this Halloween. More than 'just' a pumpkin patch, Reddish Vale Farm hosts a wider Halloween Festival, plus moonlight pumpkin evenings in October.

One pumpkin is included per paying child and you can follow it up with a ride on the Spooky Express through the haunted woods and gruesome graveyard.
