A new restaurant called Teoman serving modern Turkish cuisine will open on Friday (22 September) in Sale town centre.

Owned by Muhammed Solmaz, a personal chef who has worked at 63 degrees in Manchester City centre and Casa De Moor Chorlton, the premises on Hereford Street promise a fine dining experience.

The halal menu offers plenty of traditional Turkish dishes, including mezze platters, moussaka and baklava. Take a look at the full menu:

The restaurant will also have a chef's recommendation board for weekly specials and will have a tasting menu in the future.

Teoman will be open every day from 12-10pm, Friday and Saturday until late.
