Remembrance Sunday 2024 service in Sale: event details
A Remembrance Sunday service will take place in Sale on 10 November at Sale Town Hall.
Residents are invited to attend the services to remember the men and women who gave their lives in both world wars and more recent conflicts.
Springfield Road, Tatton Road and Sibson Road will be closed from 9.45am to 12.30pm
In a change to the usual route, St Paul’s Church Reverend will lead the choir and congregation along Springfield Road to Sale’s war memorial at 10.30am. The parade will march off at an estimated time of 10.40am or on the command of the Parade Marshal. Service begins at 10.55am.
