The Kings Ransom on Britannia Road will be closed from this Sunday (25 February).

The Greene King pub will reopen to the public on Good Friday, 29 March from 6pm after significant investment, according to the brewery.

The pub will undergo a significant renovation to the pub both internally and externally and it is hoped the investment will bring a revived atmosphere to the pub, with improved facilities giving customers a better drinking, dining and social experience.

The pub’s canal-side location makes it a Sale beer garden destination in warmer months.

Greene King says a number of job opportunities will be created through the investment. CVs can be emailed to 4746@greeneking.co.uk

We’re looking forward to seeing the revamped pub at Easter!
