“Eek, it’s happening!”: Bibble Bakes to open first physical shop in September

Popular cake business Bibble Bakes has revealed on social media that it will be opening its first physical shop in Sale this September.

Lori-Anne Brandt, owner of Bibble Bakes made the announcement on social media today (24 July), saying: “BIG NEWS! Bibble Bakes in physical shop form will be with you this September. It feels like it’s been a dream for soo long but the stars have aligned, sleepless nights have been had and the lease has been signed. I’m so excited to welcome you all once the paint is dried and the ovens are on.”

Bibble Bakes is set to take over Mintique Designs’ unit on Ashfield Road when it closes at the end of the month.

After an 18-month hiatus, Lori is thrilled to dive back into the baking world and reconnect with her loyal customers while welcoming new ones. "I love the location and can’t wait to be part of the small business landscape in Sale!" she said.

Bibble Bakes, known for its buttercream celebration cakes, has been a staple at Sale markets and now it’s set to embark on a new chapter with its own brick-and-mortar shop. Stay tuned for more updates as Lori shares progress on the shop’s preparations leading up to the grand opening.
