Kundalini & Kriya Yoga Sale

Katia Serafini leads Kundalini & Kriya Yoga. Why Kundalini? It’s not just movement, it’s a spiritual journey and an exploration of the self. The sessions help you release, transform and reconnect. As a certified hypnotherapist and nurse, Katia prides herself on bringing a deep understanding of both the mind and body into her teaching.

The classes weave together asana, breathwork, mantra chanting and guided meditation – and every session is different.

Classes take place every Monday, 7.30-8.30pm at Red Sky Yoga (Washway Road).


Yoga Social Club Manchester 

Sunrise and sunset sessions are available at Sale's Hiya, with the opportunity to socialise after the sessions. 


Yoga with Bijal 

This gentle, women's-only class offers accessible yoga and wellness to the local community. Rooted in traditional Indian yoga, join Bijal Saturday from 11am at Thrive Wellbeing Hub (M33 7UB).
