Easter in Sale: Family-friendly egg hunt trail, craft workshops and bonnet making
There’s a packed programme of events running in Sale throughout the Easter holidays.
Our Kids Social and Stanley Square have joined forces once again to run a series of family-friendly activities.
The Great Golden Easter Egg Heist takes place around town from 3 - 8th April. Pick up a trail sheet from Bean & Brush and help Freddie the detective fox track down the criminal gang who have stolen all the golden eggs. Easter treats will be your reward at the end of the trail!
Children can also enjoy some Easter craft sessions at Hiya in Market Walk at Stanley Square.
Love to Craft MCR is hosting two craft sessions:
Easter basket and egg decorating on 3 April from 11am.
£8.50 per child, this session is aimed at children aged 4-10 years.
Easter bonnet-making session on 4 April from 11am.
£9.50 per child, this session is aimed at children aged 4-10 years.
Our Kids Social ‘crafternoons’ take place on 7 and 8th April at 1.30pm and 2.45pm.
The sessions are free, but you must book your child’s place to secure a ticket.

Walton Park Easter Sunday Fun Day
Friends of Walton Park is hosting a family-friendly fun day on Sunday 9 April, 1pm-4pm.
With a fairground from 11am, the event is free to attend and the whole family can enjoy steam train rides, an Easter egg hunt and take a punt on the tombola. If you fancy some refreshments while you’re there, head over to Walton Perk on The Bridgewater Canal, which will be open across the Easter weekend.

Studio Flore Easter pop-up shop
Expect locally grown bouquets and beautiful Easter decorations at Studio Flore’s pop-up shop at Ashby's Greengrocers in Stanley Square.
Running from Tuesday 4 April to Friday 8 April, there will be a selection of potted seasonal plants and spring wreaths available to buy. 🌼

Jackson's Boat Easter Fun Day
Sunday 9th April
On this family-friendly fun day, expect a DJ (12-5pm), face painting (12-3pm), balloons (12.30-2.30pm), arts and crafts (12-3pm) and a very special visit from the Easter bunny (2.30-3pm). 🐰
