Current favourites include Georgetown (El Dorado, coconut, pineapple and sparkling wine) and Montford Place (Pink Pepper Gin, lemon, Vetiver MUYU).

Dutch Courage is dog-friendly and perfect for date nights or catching up with mates after a long week.

Num6er know what they are doing when it comes to cocktails. So much so that they occasionally run cocktail masterclasses, sharing their knowledge of how to knock up a perfect tipple. Independent restaurant Roti is proud to serve its Indian street food with a modern (sometimes Scottish) twist. But look closely and you’ll find some brilliant cocktails available too. Leaning on its Scottish heritage, you might want to give the Negroni Irn-Bru a try (Negroni with Tanqueray, Lillet Blanc, Aperol, topped with the Scottish favourite).

Alternatively, opt for the original creation Rum Veer Rum (dark rum, mint, coconut and mango syrup, pineapple juice) or It's a Kracken Drink (Kraken spiced rum, lime juice, ginger beer).
