Steeped in the lineage of British folk and American guitar music, John Smith has evolved a transatlantic blend of fingerstyle and slide guitar techniques. His romantic and vivid songwriting, combined with his innovative guitar work, have won him a loyal following.

An Evening with Guy Chambers

One of the UK’s most successful living songwriters, Guy Chambers presents an evening celebrating his world of songwriting over a 40-year career. While playing arrangements of songs he has written over the years, including such classics as Angels and Feel, he will tell the stories behind these songs.

Owen and Louis, who met as teenagers in the National Youth Folk Ensemble, distil their love of traditional and experimental music into something powerful, intricate and intimate. Their music manages to orbit many different sound-worlds from traditional English dance tunes to chamber music and post-rock.

Following the success of her recent barnstorming UK tours, Vonda will be returning to Waterside to play a set of greatest hits and favourites including Tell Him, Maryland, I Only Want To Be With You, Baby Don’t You Break My Heart Slow, Proud Mary, Walk Away Rene and You Belong To Me. 

This is set to be a feel-good evening filled with nostalgia that’s not to be missed!
